The Art of Rest: Restorative Workshop

Join us for a 90 minute exploration into rest. Discover how to rest better and activate the body's innate recovery system.

During the workshop we will work on activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS) through the use of Restorative Yoga, breathwork and meditation to soothe stress and tension from the body.

Activation of our recovery state or Rest and Digest state is what enables us to lower the heart rate, reduce blood pressure and bring the body back into its balanced state.
