A yoga x breathwork experience designed to help you release, open, and return to yourself.
This 2-hour session is centred around releasing stored tension, opening the heart to receive, and creating a deep sense of safety within the body. Through slow, mindful movement and an intuitively led, heart-opening yoga flow, you’ll be guided to soften, let go, and gently regulate your nervous system.
As the body opens and the mind quietens, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, present, and connected — creating the space to fully receive.
We’ll then move into Conscious Connected Breathwork — a deeply restorative practice that brings you out of the mind and back into the body. Using a continuous, rhythmic breath, you’ll be supported to process emotions, release what’s been held, and experience a sense of calm, clarity, and expansion.
