Back to Breath

Back to breath sessions are a 90 minute invitation to return to the body, soften the mind, and reconnect with the self. Each session is a guided journey back to your self, a gentle but powerful space when you’re invited to release, reconnect and remember.

We will be using a conscious connected breathwork during the session, a guided breathing journey that opens your heart, releases stuck emotion and brings you into a deeper presence. The techniques you will learn will reduce stress, release stuck emotions, and bring you back to your self. We will close the space with gentle integration, stillness and rest, allowing whatever has moved to land softly. You will leave feeling clearer, more connected and rooted in your body again.
