Join Lana for a supportive and welcoming session designed to help you build confidence on the mat while learning the foundations of yoga. You’ll be gently guided through key postures, simple breathwork, and relaxation techniques, with plenty of space to move at your own pace.

– Want to improve your flexibility, strength, and posture
– Are looking for a calming, mindful practice to support your wellbeing

Expect a slow, nurturing flow that focuses on connecting mind and body, finishing with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.
