Our Private Reformer Pilates sessions offer fully personalised instruction tailored to your individual fitness level, goals, and needs. With one-to-one guidance, you’ll receive focused attention to ensure proper technique, alignment, and progression throughout your practice.
The Reformer machine adds resistance to each movement, helping to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Benefits include increased muscle tone, injury prevention, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Private sessions allow for focused progress and offer full flexibility with modifications that suit your body and pace.
We also offer private sessions followed by refreshments and goodie bags for special occassions such as birthdays and hen parties.
