Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout using a specialised machine with adjustable resistance. It builds core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone through controlled movements, supporting better alignment and stability. Suitable for all levels, Reformer Pilates enhances overall fitness, aids in injury prevention, and promotes balanced, resilient strength.
Barre Pilates
Barre Pilates is a dynamic fusion of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates principles, and functional strength training. This low-impact, high-burn class focuses on small, controlled movements that target key muscle groups—especially the core, glutes, legs, and arms—while improving posture, balance, and flexibility. Using the barre for support, along with light weights and props, you'll build strength, endurance, and grace, all in one invigorating session. Perfect for all levels, Barre Pilates offers a challenging yet accessible workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.
Yoga
Soothe + Restore | Restorative Yoga
This class specialises in creating space for your nervous system to unwind and relax: consistently utilising holistic tools such as guided meditation, yin yoga poses, breath work, sensory engagement and healing touch to support those that feel there could be more moments of waking presence, calm and restoration. Join Cloudi at Wellness at Eight for an hour and a half of slow paced yin yoga and meditation: expect bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, scents and light supportive massage.
Release + Restore | Vinyasa Yoga
Unwind from the week with a soothing flow that blends gentle strength and mindful movement. This calming class helps you release tension, reconnect with your breath, and leave feeling grounded, lighter, and restored. Suitable for all levels.
Pregnancy Yoga
Gentle, supportive movement designed to help you connect with your body and baby. This class focuses on breathwork, strength, and relaxation to ease discomfort and prepare for birth. Suitable for all trimesters and no prior yoga experience needed.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Invigorate your body and calm your mind with energising yet accessible Vinyasa flows. Focus on breath synchronised movement, building strength, flexibility, and inner peace
Unwind + Flow | Vinyasa Yoga
A gentle fluid Vinyasa flow that gradually builds heat in the body, with sections that emphasise physical strength to help you tap into your inner resilience and others that ignite a fire within, awakening your personal power. Inviting you to explore each pose and feel how it resonates with your body to determine your body's beautiful capabilities. There will be space for laughter and stillness, inviting moments to slow down, rest and restore.
Private Reformer Pilates
Our Private Reformer Pilates sessions offer fully personalised instruction tailored to your individual fitness level, goals, and needs. With one-to-one guidance, you’ll receive focused attention to ensure proper technique, alignment, and progression throughout your practice.
The Reformer machine adds resistance to each movement, helping to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Benefits include increased muscle tone, injury prevention, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Private sessions allow for focused progress and offer full flexibility with modifications that suit your body and pace.

Our Memberships works on a rolling on month basis with automatic renewal. Renewal reminders will be sent out 7 days before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel simply notify the studio 7day in advance of your renewal date.
