We’re delighted to welcome Laura Higgs-White to Wellness@Eight for a soul-nourishing workshop devoted to the art of rest.

Over 90 minutes, you’ll be gently guided into a deeper state of ease — a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Through restorative yoga, calming breath practices, and fully supported poses, you’ll learn how to:

  • Rest more deeply and fully

  • Awaken your body’s natural healing rhythms

  • Activate the soothing Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS)

  • Release tension and invite in true rest-fullness
